About Our Founder

Joseph A. Mayaki is a Christian scholar, educator, and writer whose work focuses on the formation of young people at the intersection of faith, intellect, and lived experience. He holds doctoral-level training in English and writing studies, with academic formation spanning both Nigeria and the United States. Grounded in writing, rhetoric, and literature, he brings a research-informed and pedagogically rigorous approach to questions of identity, purpose, discipline, and spiritual development.

In addition to his academic work, Joseph has taught, mentored, and guided young people across classrooms and faith communities, consistently emphasizing clarity of thought, strength of character, and intentional living.

Our team of excellent people driven and governed by godly principles.

Esther Mayaki is an anatomy educator, researcher, Christian music minister, and mentor with years of experience teaching and guiding young people in academic and ministry contexts. Passionate about spiritual, intellectual, and moral development, she has devoted herself to mentoring youths and young adults toward purposeful and godly living. She also composes and performs Christian songs that inspire faith, devotion, and hope. With a background in anatomy education and a growing transition into nursing and healthcare service, she brings compassion, wisdom, and practical insight to the mission of God-First Generation.

Samuel Okoro is a university Mathematics lecturer, researcher, and mentor with over two decades of experience in campus ministry and youth development across Nigeria. Passionate about helping young people discover purpose, direction, and spiritual stability, he has spent years teaching, mentoring, and providing leadership within academic and faith-based communities. His work combines intellectual depth with practical spiritual guidance, particularly in the areas of character formation, academic excellence, and ministry leadership. As a committed educator and researcher, he brings thoughtful insight and generational impact to the vision of God-First Generation.

Daniel Adaghosa is a Canadian-based Mathematics educator and ICT professional with nearly two decades of experience mentoring youths and young adults across Nigeria and Canada. Passionate about faith formation, leadership development, and intellectual growth, he has consistently invested in guiding young people toward purposeful and disciplined living. With a strong background in education, analytical thinking, and technology, he brings a balanced blend of academic excellence, practical wisdom, and spiritual commitment to the mission of God-First Generation. He is deeply committed to raising a generation grounded in truth, character, and godly influence.

Samuel Owoaanuoluwa Adebayo-Adesina is a computer scientist, web developer, ICT professional, lecturer, and youth mentor committed to purposeful service and spiritual leadership. He graduated with First Class Honours in Computer Science from Edo State University Uzairue, and currently serves the university in a web asset management and systems development role. He is also the presiding pastor of the University’s Christian Campus Fellowship, where he provides spiritual guidance, leadership, and mentorship to students. With strengths in technology, teaching, innovation, and campus ministry, he brings youthful energy, technical excellence, and godly vision to God-First Generation.
